What did we do
A paradigm shift approach to learning based on personal learning platforms, with links to performance and leadership behavior were delivered and an implementation plan agreed. This is a dynamic, personalised innovative and cutting edge approach to learning in an organization. It takes courage and vision to both define and propose such a ground breaking approach and it needs commitment and determination from the organization to drive for a cutting edge and personalised learning approach which reflects both new generational thinking but also delivers for all employees that targeted learning that drives personal and therefore company performance
