BEGINNINGS

Brent Consultancy was born in November 2015 from a desire to shake up HR professionals by challenging them to bring the digital world to their own way of working. We drive to open opportunities for HR to deliver ground breaking new approaches to the people interfaces in businesses through an understanding of big data, predictive analytics, employer branding, SWFP, diversity, learning and CSR for example. We also work with acquisitions and are experts in project management.

Brent consultancy is a small business, but we pride ourselves on bringing a mix of seasoned HR experience and Generation Y digital native competence to a broad range of HR imperatives.
